DESCRIPTION:Come to sit with us as we gather to practice Centering Prayer u
 sing the method as taught by Thomas Keating and Cynthia Bourgeault.\nMeet 
 at St. Thomas  upper room for 20 minutes of silence as we chant\, pray\, 
 and return from our busy thoughts to the present moment to deepen in God's
  presence. Other silent meditation practices are also welcome.\nFor those 
 who are interested\, our sits are followed by 10:00 am Circle of Grace spi
 ritual practice and then for those who want we receive Healing Eucharist a
 t 11:00 am. Stay for one or all gatherings.\nDrop in! No registration req
 uired but donation of any amount always gratefully accepted.\nFurther info
