NOTICE OF VESTRY MEETING

Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the congregation of the parish of St. John the Baptist, Chilliwack, British Columbia, will be held, if the Lord will, on the 15th day of February, 2026 in the Church following Divine Service at 10am.

The meeting is to be held for the purpose of conducting the Annual General Meeting, including business arising from the 2025 meeting, presentation of the 2026 budget, election of wardens, synod delegates and parish council members and transactions of such other business as may be lawfully dealt with at such meeting.

At which time and place, every person who has been a member of the congregation for the past three months, being baptized, and of the age of fifteen years is entitled to vote.
